Learn to talk about your bedroom using there is/are and prepositions of place. Read a blog post about a budget redecoration, listen to a teen's room tour, then describe your own room!
My name is Leo, and last weekend I redecorated my bedroom with almost no money. First, I cleaned my closet and organized everything. I found old clothes and gave them away. Now my closet looks neat and I can see everything.
Next, I moved my furniture. I put my desk in the corner near the window. A small lamp sits on the desk. I also added a shelf on the wall above it. On the shelf, there are my favorite books and a small plant.
For decoration, I put a poster of a forest scene on the wall opposite my bed. I found an old mirror in the garage and hung it on the closet door. It makes the room look bigger. I also placed a soft rug under my bed.
Now my room feels new and cozy. I really like the corner with the desk and lamp. There is a lot of space for my things. You don't need a lot of money to make your room nice β just a little creativity!
